Findevs never collects, stores, or processes credit card numbers, CVV codes, or banking PINs on its servers under any circumstance.

User and enterprise records are end-to-end encrypted using TLS 1.3 standards in global cloud infrastructure. Data is never shared or sold to unauthorized third parties.

2. Subscriptions, Payments & Cancellations
Paid features and cloud ERP tiers are billed through authorized store engines (Apple / Google) or global payment gateways. Renewals, auto-billing, and tier cancellations are managed directly via your respective store account or master license dashboard.
3. Limitation of Professional Liability
Findevs applications provide financial tracking, operational control, and data visualization tools; they do not constitute certified banking, investment, or official legal/tax advisory services.
4. Proprietary Intellectual Property
All software architectures, microservice codebases, algorithms, UI designs, and brand marks remain the exclusive global intellectual property of Findevs LLC.
